Group Training Information

The online booking system for purchasing class passes and booking into/out-of classes can be found at www.theoriginalgym.co.uk/booking

If you use a smartphone, download the "Acuity Scheduling Client" app, and on that, search for "theoriginalgym.as.me".

You'll need to create an account (I think it also supports use of a Google account or Facebook account etc), then purchase class passes, and then book into sessions you wish to attend.

You need to book into and cancel out of sessions 12 hours in advance. If you don't book, and show up, you may not be able to train. If you book in, and don't show up without cancelling, you'll lose your class pass/money. If you know you’re not going to make it and don’t cancel, you also deny someone who may be on the waiting list their opportunity to train.

I strongly recommend booking sessions in advance, as they do get booked up from time to time. This is seasonal and something out of my control - it used to be Thursday 18:15 sessions were oversubscribed, now they're pretty quiet and the Wednesday 19:30 is now the oversubscribed class. It's also helpful for me to see which classes are oversubscribed, and how oversubscribed, so I can see if I need to add more sessions etc.

Waiting List:

If a class you’d like to attend is fully booked, please message or email directly and we can add you to the waiting list. This is a semi-manual process, so please check in with us to see if you have been moved into the session.
