Lesson 6: “Upper Quadrant” mobility, and the Foot
Moving from the core outward, we now address “upstream” - the thoracic spine and shoulders.

And finally, the end of the chain down to the ground, the foot. The use of the ankle and foot becomes more important and will learn how to create strength and transfer force from the leg down into the ground, but first simple starting place is to “break up” the foot, and mobilize it.
